Adhesive – Non-Adhesive PTFE Emeflon Fabric

The biggest problem in packaging, shrink sealing and textile printing processes is the adhesion of plastic or paint melting under high temperature to the machine surface.

PTFE Glass Fibre Fabrics solve this problem radically. Thanks to the Glass Fibre (Fiberglass) weave inside, it does not stretch even at high temperatures and maintains its dimensional stability. The dense PTFE coating on it creates one of the most slippery surfaces in the world; molten nylon, glue or paint does not stick to it.

As Batı Gasket, we offer it in two different forms:

1. Self-Adhesive: The back surface is covered with high temperature resistant silicone adhesive (with yellow protective tape). Easily adhered to machine jaws and surfaces.

2. Without adhesive (Plain): Both sides are Teflon coated. Usually used on conveyor belts or free hanging curtains.

Featured Features

• 🔥 High Heat Resistance: It can work continuously between -150°C and +260°C.

• 🚫 100% Non-Stick: Nothing sticks on it. Melted plastics are easily separated from the surface when cooled.

• 📏 Dimensional Stability: Thanks to the glass fibre skeleton inside, it does not elongate, creep or deform under heat.

• ⚡ High Insulation: It does not conduct electricity, it can be used safely on resistance wires.

• 🧪 Chemical Resistance: Resistant to acids, solvents and cleaning chemicals.
