Our Silicone Profiles, which go beyond the standard “Wick” category; It is completely specially designed for your project and produced in our extrusion line. Batı Gasket engineers analyse the technical drawing (DWG/DXF) or sample you send; select the most suitable silicone compound (according to hardness and strength properties) and pour it into the mould.

Whether “Corked”, “Dovetailed” or multi-chambered complex structures; We extend the life of your system with our profiles that withstand UV rays, ozone and +250 ° C temperature.
