Silicone Hoses

Standard PVC or rubber hoses used for fluid and air transfer harden, crack and yellow under the influence of temperature and time. Even worse, it infects the water or food passing through it with plastic odour (migration).

Silicone hoses do not cause any of these problems thanks to its inorganic structure. Our hoses, which are produced in Batı Conta facilities as Platinum Cured or standard peroxide cured according to your intended use, do not retain sediment and do not spoil the colour / taste of the fluid thanks to its smooth inner surface like glass.

Thanks to its flexible structure, it can turn in narrow spaces without breaking (kink-free). It is the most reliable solution for both laboratory precision liquid transfer and hot water/steam transfer in industrial machines.
