High temperature resistant, rectangular or square cross-sectioned, full body silicone strips. Extruded sealing element with smooth surface, food grade and high elasticity.
In industry, sealing channels are not always specially shaped (such as P, e profile). Sometimes a gasket with a large compression surface is needed to fit into a flat, square or rectangular slot.
Unlike the strips cut from the sheet,Silicone Lamas are produced in one piece by extrusion (drawing) method. In this way, all 4 edges of the material are “bound”, that is, smooth and shiny. Since there is no cut surface, it does not absorb liquid and its breaking strength is much higher.
As Batı Gasket; We produce in the sizes you want, from thin strips such as 2x10mm to billet square profiles such as 50x50mm. We use special formulations that do not “settle” on oven lids or packaging machine jaws, despite the temperature.
📏 Smooth Surface: All four surfaces are shiny and closed. Does not hold dirt, easy to clean.
