Silicone Sheets

Silicone Sheets arethe only solution in cases where standard rubber sheets (NR, SBR) melt in the face of heat, cause odour in food contact or create an electric arc.

Silicone sheets in Batı Gasket stocks are produced by vulcanising high purity silicone raw material. Thanks to its smooth and shiny surface, no substance adheres to it. This feature makes it indispensable in textile transfer printing presses and food processing machines.

We offer it in two main variations according to your needs:

1. Transparent Silicone Sheet: Generally for work requiring hygiene in food, pharmaceutical and laboratory environments.

2. Red (Tile) Silicone Sheet: Generally used in textile presses, ironing boards and industrial seals requiring high temperature perception.

Featured Features

• 🌡️ High Heat Resistance: It does not deform, melt or stick even at +250°C (ideal for textile presses).

• 🍏 Food and Hygiene (FDA): Our transparent models comply with FDA standards. It does not give odour, taste; does not harbour bacteria on it.

• ⚡ Electrical Insulation: It has high dielectric resistance. It is safe as floor insulation or panel gasket in electrical panels.

• 🧘 Flexibility (Shore A): Our standard 60 Shore hardness products return to their former thickness after being crushed under pressure (Compression Set).

• 🛡️ Outdoor Resistance: Unaffected by ozone, UV and weather conditions; excellent for seals used outdoors.
