Diaphragm Tyres Products

In diaphragm pumps and regulators that control the flow of liquid or gas, the rubber part flexes (inflates and deflates) hundreds of times per minute. Standard cloth tyres cannot withstand this “metal fatigue” and soon separate from the cord fabric and burst.

Diaphragm Tyres are specially designed for these harsh working conditions. They are produced by pressing high quality rubber compound (NBR, EPDM or Viton) with highly flexible Polyamide or Nylon fabric. This special fabric layer allows the tyre to stretch infinitely and prevents it from ballooning or tearing under high pressure.

As Batı Gasket; We offer precision diaphragm tyres starting from 0.20mm thinness from stock, suitable for every area from LPG/CNG regulators to industrial dosing pumps.

Featured Features

  • 💪 High Flex (Stretching) Life: It does not crack in continuously moving parts, it can open and close millions of times.

  • 🛡️ Reinforced Structure: The special knitting inside prevents tearing in high air or liquid pressure.

  • 🧪 Material Variety:

    • NBR Diaphragm: For oil, fuel and LPG/Natural Gas systems.

    • EPDM Diaphragm: For hot water, steam and acidic liquids.

    • Viton Diaphragm: For heavy chemicals and high temperatures.

  • 📏 Precision Thickness: It is produced in millimetre precision (Ex: 0.50mm, 0.80mm), it does not disturb the calibration of the system.

Areas of Use

  • Diaphragm Pumps: (repair kits for Wilden, Graco, etc. air pumps).

  • Gas Regulators: Natural gas, LPG and CNG brains.

  • Automotive: Carburettor diaphragms, fuel pumps.

  • Control Valves: Pneumatic actuators and solenoid valves.

  • Pressure Switches: Booster and compressor automatics.
