Black Rubber Sheets, which are most frequently encountered in industry, construction and workshops, are generally produced from SBR (Styrene Butadiene) or NR (Natural Rubber) compound.
This product is available in two different structures in Batı Gasket stocks:
Pure Rubber Sheet: There is no reinforcement inside. It is used for vibration damping, gasket cutting, flooring and waterproofing.
Cloth Tyre Sheet: 1 or 2 layers of Cord Cloth (Polyester/Cotton) are placed inside the rubber during the production phase. This layer of cloth gives the tyre strength just like iron in concrete. It is much more resistant to tensile, stretching and tearing.
It is an excellent price/performance product for general plumbing water, air lines, mopping and scraper tyres.
💪 Tear Resistance (Cloth Models): Thanks to the cloth reinforcement inside, it does not tear from the screw holes and withstands continuous mechanical pressure.
💰 Economic Solution: It is much more cost effective than other technical rubbers (Viton, Silicone).
💧 Water and Air Tightness: It provides full insulation in cold water lines, drains and air ducts.
🔇 Vibration Absorber: Pure rubber models are used as vibration wedges or shock absorbing strips on machine feet.
Conveyor Systems: Belt scraper tyres and anti-spill skirt tyres (Cloth recommended).
Construction and Flooring: Workplace mats, counter top coverings, sound insulation.
Plumbing: Water valve seals, manhole cover seals.
Automotive: Mudguard dust tyres (Fender dust cover).
